Tickets for the FIM Kansas Danish Speedway Grand Prix go on sale today (17 November) Benfield Sports International (BSI) has announced. Held for the second consecutive year at Denmark's national stadium Parekn, Copenhagen, on 26 June 2004, the Saturday evening event will be the largest motorsport event in the country.

"Judging by the public and media reaction we have had since this year's Parken event we're expecting a full house on the night." explains John Postlethwaite, Chief Executive, Benfield Sports International, rights holders of the FIM Speedway Grand Prix Series (SGP).

"The combination of the successful move to Parken, Nicki Pedersen winning the 2003 world championship and the increased television broadcasts on DR and DK4 - two of Denmark's leading television channels - has rejuvenated the sport in Denmark and brought it to the platform it deserves." Adds Postlethwaite.

Flemming ?stergaard, Chairman of Paren Sport & Entertainment said: "The Speedway Grand Prix was one of our most exciting events at PARKEN this year. The unique transformation of the stadium together with the huge programme of entertainment put on before and after the racing creates a unique atmosphere.
