After the successful talks between the Buildbase Bees promotion and their fellow club bosses last week, the team can now fully concentrate on the chase for an Elite League play-off place.

Monday night sees third-placed Bees face a crucial clash with fourth-placed Swindon (8pm), who trail the Bees on points difference with both teams having ridden 22 matches.

Joonas Kylmakorpi makes his official home debut having been confirmed as a member of the Coventry team, whilst the Bees continue to make use of their 28-day facility to use rider replacement for Andreas Jonsson.

Swindon are at full strength and will, as ever, expect heat leader trio Leigh Adams, Lee Richardson and Charlie Gjedde to score the bulk of their points. The Robins have only one away win to their name this season, compared to the Bees' six, and surprisingly slipped up at Arena-Essex last Wednesday.

Bees joint boss Colin Pratt said: "Swindon managed to dump us out of the Knockout Cup earlier in the season and we need to make sure that we go some way towards avenging that. At the moment everyone is working well together, the pit crews are all working hard with the riders and there is a great atmosphere in the pits. I can't fault anyone at the present time."
