Belgarda will not be the only official Yamaha team in the 2004 World Supersport Championship, with a new-look Yamaha Deutschland line-up also confirmed to be receiving factory backing from the Japanese marque.

The German team has revealed that it will field Kevin Curtain alongside Christian Kellner on a full-time basis next season, the Australian effectively replacing Jorg Teuchert who missed the final two rounds of the 2003 campaign.

With nine Australian titles and two World Supersport race victories to his name, Curtain brings a great deal of experience to the team, and clinched his place alongside Kellner with an impressive one-off appearance with the team at Imola last month.

For Kellner, 2004 will represent a sixth consecutive year with Yamaha. The 31-year old ended the 2003 campaign sixth in the championship, taking a victory in round three at Sugo.
