For those that missed it, here's a picture of Carl Fogarty celebrating Foggy Petronas Racing's first ever podium finish as a team owner, at Valencia, by leaping over the pit wall!

New rider Chris Walker took third on his FP1 debut after surviving tricky wet/dry conditions at the Spanish circuit. 'The Stalker' looked like finishing a team best fourth until DFX Ducati's Steve Martin retired from third just two laps from the flag.

It all proved too much for Foggy to contain and as Walker approached the chequered flag he leapt over the pit wall, punching the air with delight.

"I was getting all nervous and tense - and then I realised we had only done five laps!" he joked afterwards. "I hope people realise that this bike was just a piece of paper two years ago! I had said that our aim was to get on the rostrum.

"Now that we have done that, we want to be there all the time. But we know there is still a long way to go and a lot more to come from the engine. And I am so proud of Chris, because he is the man who made this happen by bringing the bike home in those conditions," added the four-times world champion.

"I can't believe it! I'm mega chuffed for Carl and Petronas," added Walker, who would complete race two in a solid seventh.
