BMW Italia has become the latest World Superbike Championship team to take the wraps off its 2011 challenger with a launch at Monza.
Formally unveiling James Toseland and Ayrton Badovini as its riders - as well as Lorenzo Zanetti and Sylvain Barrier as the defenders of its Superstock 1000 crown -, BMW Italia steps up from the stock class with an eye on Superbike success.
Adopting a similar design to that of the factory team, albeit with greater emphasis on the tricolore of its national flag, BMW Italia is made up of several members of Feel Racing - better known as Ducati Xerox until the end of last season.
