Former MotoGP rider Roberto Rolfo will switch to Honda machinery for the 2015 World Supersport Championship after agreeing to join Team Lorini.

The experienced Italian moved into World Supersport racing in 2013 with the factory MV Agusta team - finishing sixth overall - before joining the privateer GO Eleven Kawasaki team in 2014 and ending the year in seventh.

Having hinted at a possible return to Moto2 after two appearances towards the end of the season, Rolfo has now confirmed he will instead move over to Lorini Honda in 2015 as he looks to give the team its first podiums in World Supersport.
