Roberto Ravaglia predicts Sergio Hernandez will be a force to be reckoned with in 2009 after making a good impression during testing at Valencia.

The former GP2 racer graduates to the factory BMW Team Italy-Spain outfit this year after two seasons competing in the Independents' Trophy, a championship he would dominate in 2008.

Joining Augusto Farfus, Jorg Muller, Andy Priaulx and Alex Zanardi in testing the 2009 specification BMW 320si, Ravaglia was suitably impressed with Hernandez's conduct over the course of the test.

"I'm pleased with his approach. He is very professional in spite of his young age and the fact that he was not used to such long test sessions. He has a great potential and I'm sure he will be able to show it from the start."
