With the 2018 motorsport season ready to get underway (or for those at the Dakar rally it is already underway) it’s time to gaze into our crystal ball and pick out our riders to watch across all things on two wheels.

The list of riders to keep eyes on in 2018 has been complied in no particular order and each name included is for their own unique reasons rather than an outright tip for a title challenge as success can vary depending on targets set at the start of the season.

Click the link below to check out our first entry who took the Moto2 world championship by storm in the closing rounds of the 2017 season…

Love or hate the guy I think Jack Miller should be on this list. I think he can perform well on the Ducati

My Bet for 2018 WC top 3

Moto3 - Dennis Foggia, Jorge Martin,Fabio Di Giannantonio (fabio just to make 3 - other 2 for sure running for title.)

Moto2 - Alex Marquez,Miguel Oliveira,Brad Binder ( i think KTM found advantage, alex will either perform or crumble under pressure - other were not consistent)

MotoGP - Marc Marquez , Jorge Lorenzo, Andrea Dovizioso ( i think yamaha starting with a new bike will be off, Ducati found advantage and MM , other hondas prob 5th and up)

What do you mean by stating yamaha starting with a new bike will be off ?

i mean while honda and ducati are improving the same bike they rode on 3 months ago - yamaha is going back to 2016 specs and scrap 17 development so in a way - its like a new bike, new engine, new frame, diff setup base they still need to find - the whole shabang

Moto3 - Aron Canet & Jorge Martin who finished 3rd & 4th in the 2017 championship will be fighting for the 2018 title now Mir and Fenati who finished 1st & 2nd have moved to Moto2. Dennis Foggia is only 17 done a couple of wildcards but it is still his rookie year, he's an immense talent definitely one for future.

Moto2 - Alex Marquez has failed in Moto2 finishing 14th in 2015, 13th in 2016, 4th in 2017. He's not going to challenge for the 2018 title, his new team mate Johan Mir in his rookie year will beat him. Title contenders will be Oliveira, Binder, Bagnaia.

Motogp - Marc Marquez & Dovi as they're the current top two riders. Lorenzo will improve but unless the bike miraculously turns corners better then he will finish way behind Dovi and all the other top riders. As for Yamaha Rossi will be in the hunt for the championship, Vinales maybe if he gets used to the 2018 bike which is based on the 2016 bike.

moto2 - if you compare Bag to Maq - Maq has much better statistics and races he finished he was usually in top 5, had 3 wins last year and had to deal with TL and FM . this year he'll be up there especially since he want s to move to motoGP a WC. which btw he already is. Pecco is not and was usually behind AM. i dont think Mir will storm moto2 like MM did..

MotoGP - i think lorenzo has already found his speed but can still do much better. as for yamaha - maybe VR will find setup faster than MV but both will need a few races to dial down their bike while the others will storm right out of the gate. i'm afraid WC probably not in the cards under these circumstances

moto3 - Canet did much better than Fabio - i take Fabio back :D

Ok just like to add Jason O'Halloran, Josh Brookes and Bradley Ray in BSB as all set for interesting seasons. I assume the likes of Joan Mir are not on the list as we'll be watching out for the obvious ones already.

I think Binder shoud include
