Marc Marquez wins a wet San Marino MotoGP after a last lap pass on Danilo Petrucci, putting him tied on points with third place Andrea Dovizioso at the top of the world championship.

Valentino Rossi missed his home event due to leg fractures in an enduro training accident.

Cal Crutchlow recently cut the tendon in his left index finger in a knife accident, while Michele Pirro was making his latest wild-card appearance for Ducati...

Congrats MM. Would have been awesome with a home race win for Petrucci. Even stevens with Dovi... both deserving of the No 1 spot

Better luck next time Jorge.

Marc is hard to beat,Dovi and Maverick must bring out something more to beat him, really want to see Dovi or Maverick win the championship for first time rather than Marc winning it for fourth time...Dani just go retire when you know you will never win the championship..let young riders get the chance as you did ...just hang up your leather Dani.

So the same thing for Valentino Rossi then? Wouldn't you agree?

If they could reduce the race duration to 5-6 laps Lorenzo would win a race or two!! Dovi and Petrucci handed Lorenzo his ass!!

Be disrespectful to other riders because then others will disrespected your hallowed Valentino.

No just being honest, Lorenzo is being payed millions and can't beat satellite Ducati riders. Lorenzo needs to go to Suzuki and bring Iannone back to Ducati.

V46R:  Ah ha ha ha, what a jerk, thanks for the laugh loser... yellow brigade bitchin, ah... ha ha ha

DICKENS:  Pathetic moron! A butt hurt Lorenzo fan no doubt.

V46R is just a little upset because his icon can't stay on a motocross bike during 'training'....

He's also a little worried that Lorenzo has found confidence in full wet and tricky conditions and that if he'd stayed upright he'd of won the race by over 4 seconds.

Lorenzo is gradually getting there with the Ducati by slowly chipping away at it, not throwing chassis after chassis at it like Rossi did.

As for disrespectful fanboys, Misano was full of them when Lorenzo fell, cheering because Lorenzo fell but really they're just bitter because Rossi can't even keep it upright off the track.

I'm glad Marquez ended the hopes of an Italian winning at home lets put it that way, and I hope he wins the title and continues to decimate Rossi's records.

Clever of MM to leave it so late to take the lead. Not so clever of Petrux to stretch the distance over Dovi. Ducati seemingly not using the Box to Rider Texting? Once again Marc makes others look like two short plankers.
