"I gave it my absolute best but it wasn't enough.
"Mattia Binotto wanted to cheer me up.
"We will have to look at the bigger picture. I only have the picture of my race. From my side, I feel like I lost too much time in the first stint. This is only my view - it may change when I see the full picture.
"I don't want the focus to be on my disappointing race. I want it to be on Carlos' race.
"It is great for the team, great for Carlos, I am very happy for him. But very disappointed for me."
