McLaren trio attend West race day final at Brno.
West McLaren Mercedes drivers David Coulthard, Kimi Raikkonen and Alexander Wurz will attend the final of a driving competition, sponsored by the team's Title Partner West. It takes place at the Brno Circuit in the Czech Republic on 20th and 21st September.
Minardi to be bought out?
Reports that the cash starved Minardi team is on the brink of being bought out have gained greater impetus with a statement made yesterday by one of the figures at the centre of the rumours regarding the buy-out.
Michael gives thanks to Gestione Sportiva.
There was a nice surprise yesterday for all the Gestione Sportiva staff. At the usual celebration which follows every victory, there was a guest of honour in the shape of none other than the reigning world champion, Michael Schumacher.
Holiday break spent wisely at BAR.
Following last weekend's German GP, Formula One's global circus comes to a temporary halt. This year's race calendar dictates a three-week summer break for the hard working teams before the action begins again at the Hungarian GP on the 18th August.

A work of art by the French sculptor Jean-Yves Lechevallier, recently placed outside the historic Ferrari management office building, was officially unveiled today by President Luca di Montezemolo and Jean Todt, in the presence of the artist and the press.
Malaysia's Minister of Sport visits Sauber.
Sauber Motorsport AG and Sauber Petronas Engineering AG welcomed another important visitor from Malaysia today.

Raikkonen stars again for Michelin.
Ferrari might already have the world championship for drivers in the bag, courtesy of Michael Schumacher's victory in France last weekend, but the Italian team shows no sign of letting up.

Ferrari puts Bridgestone top - as usual.
Bridgestone and its Formula 1 teams experienced the newly revamped Hockenheimring for the first time today as practice got underway for the German Grand Prix.

McLaren confirms 2003 line-up, Hakkinen retires.
Team McLaren Mercedes today confirmed that David Coulthard and Kimi Raikkonen will remain with the team for the 2003 season. Alexander Wurz will also continue as third driver. 2003 will be DC's eighth season with the team and Raikkonen second, whilst Wurz joined at the end of 2000.

Tribe Art 2002 comes to Hockenheim.
Launched in London earlier in the year, Tribe Art brings the worlds of art and Formula One together through a new arts initiative from Lucky Strike BAR Honda. This weekend the motorhome turns art gallery as the exhibition comes to the paddock during the German Grand Prix weekend.
