Red Bull has confirmed that both Christian Klien and Vitantonio Liuzzi have agreed contracts with Red Bull Racing for the forthcoming season, but has refused to disclose whether any decision has been made regarding the identity of its second race driver.
GPWC proposes four-fold increase in funds.
The Formula One rival being set up by the carmakers consortium GPWC has said that it intends to offer its teams a bigger share of the sport's revenues, with a figure of 80 per cent being bandied about.
Sauber cancels launch after tsunami disaster.
The launch of the Sauber Petronas C24 in Kuala Lumpur has been cancelled due to the tsunami disaster in South East Asia. The launch, which was due to take place on January 11, had been planned as part of activities designed to celebrate Petronas' 10-year presence in Formula One.

Button gets new manager for 2005.

McLaren's long-time title sponsor, West, will be replaced on the flanks of next year's MP4-20 from the end of the summer, as strict new tobacco advertising bans begin to take effect.

Reutemann 'enjoys' Ferrari F2004 'test'.
Carlos Reutemann was back at Maranello this week for a surprise test at Fiorano and the former Ferrari ace was quick to praise the F2004 which he reckoned was 'impressive'.

McLaren continued its run at the head of the timesheets during the latest Formula One group test in Spain, with new arrival Kimi Raikkonen going fastest of all on day three at Jerez de la Frontera.
Coulthard ready for F1 return.
David Coulthard has admitted that he is keen to prove himself in testing with the Red Bull Racing team this week, aware that it could possibly be his last chance of salvaging a Formula One drive for 2005.

Surtees, Caborn confident over British GP.
Sports Minister Richard Caborn and former F1 champion John Surtees have both said they are confident that the British Grand Prix will take place in 2005.
