Penske Racing has filed four entries for the 2003 Indianapolis 500, including one assigned to two-time race winner Helio Castroneves, who will attempt to become the only driver ever to win 'the greatest spectacle in racing' three years in a row.

Team Menard has filed Indy 500 entries for its regular driver Jaques Lazier and test driver Vitor Meira as the Chevrolet powered IRL IndyCar teams continue to work on strength in numbers ahead of 'The Month of May.'

Double Indy Racing League Champions Pennzoil Panther Racing have entered a second Dallara-Chevrolet in this year's Indianapolis 500 for veteran IRL fan favourite Billy Boat, whose own IRL team was forced to suspend operations earlier this season through a lack of funding.
