Displaying the extension and strengthening of the Jordan Honda partnership, the powerboat - in its distinctive bright yellow livery and flying the flag of Jordan's new energy drink EJ10 - will compete in the first of five race meetings in the series, in Teignmouth, England on 5-6 May.

Jordan's Chief Executive, Eddie Jordan, will present the boat and will be accompanied by the team's three drivers, Heinz-Harald Frentzen, Jarno Trulli and Ricardo Zonta for a photocall at 1730 local time.

"The Honda one-design series gives Jordan an opportunity to extend its relationship with Honda into areas outside F1, and whereas on the track we need to be totally focused and serious, on the water we can enjoy some competitive fun alongside the fast, exciting racing," Jordan said.

The 21-foot long Jordan craft, powered by the 130 horse power Honda outboard engine will be driven by a different celebrity at each race event, starting with Channel Four presenter, Mike Brewer. The Honda Formula 4-Stroke Series is the largest one-design powerboat series in the world, and the identical boats ensure victory amongst the seventeen competing crafts goes to the most skilled competitor. Fast, exciting racing is therefore guaranteed.

This highly charged environment is ideal for promoting Jordan's new high intensity drink EJ10. The caffeine and taurine-free drink was successfully test-marketed in 2000 and is the first driver-specific energy drink aimed at increasing concentration and focus.
