McLaren-Mercedes driver David Coulthard was quickest today [Wednesday], at the Circuit de Catalunya, near Barcelona.

FIA reveals entry list for 2004.
Formula 1's governing body, the FIA, yesterday revealed the full entry list for the 2004 F1 World Championship, all but four places remain to be confirmed for next year - namely those at Jordan and Minardi.

Jerez test - day one: 2 December.
Ralf Schumacher set the pace today [Tuesday] at Jerez, as the BMW WilliamsF1 team began testing at the Spanish circuit by themselves.
Brazil back on as injunction is lifted.
The Formula One calendar returned to a 17-race strength today [Tuesday] as the courts in Sao Paulo lifted the ruling that had left the Brazilian Grand Prix in a state of limbo.
Minardi to test at Vallelunga.
European Minardi Cosworth today confirmed that it will stage a three-day test at Vallelunga, on December 10, 11 and 12.
Wurz to stay at McLaren next season.
Despite persistent rumours linking him to a seat at Jaguar Racing, McLaren has confirmed that Alex Wurz will remain with the team for the 2004 season.
BAR to make public 'stars' at MPH '03.
Lucky Strike BAR Honda will take centre stage at next month's MPH '03 motor show, which will be held at London's Earls Court exhibition centre over the weekend of 11-14 December.
BAR, Brunotti extend partnership.
There was some good news for all hot-blooded males in the Formula One pit-lane today [Thursday], as BAR announced that it has extended its commercial partnership with sportswear company Brunotti.
del Monte to test Minardi.
Euro F3000 runner-up Fabrizio del Monte has landed himself with the chance to test a Formula One car thanks to his performances - and a recent tie-up between Minardi and his regular GP Racing team.
Barcelona test - day three: 27 November.
Luca Badoer completed a clean sweep of fastest times as the Barcelona group test came to a close, keeping Ferrari ahead of the rest of the field.
Heidfeld to lead Jordan winter test.
In accordance with speculation doing the rounds, former Sauber pilot Nick Heidfeld will join Jordan Grand Prix next month - even if it is only to conduct the Silverstone-based team's first winter test.
Bell admits being American helped land Jag test.
Townsend Bell has moved into the frame as one of the drivers being considered as Mark Webber's team-mate at Jaguar Racing for 2004, but admits that his American roots may have had something to do with the offer of a test in Spain this week.

F1 testing resumes today.
The post-season F1 testing ban ends today, and most of the Formula One teams will immediately begin testing in Spain. On-track testing has been prohibited since the season-ending Japanese Grand Prix on October 12.

McLaren announces new brand focus.
McLaren today announced a new brand strategy for its group of companies. The TAG McLaren Group of companies will, with immediate effect, assume the new name of the McLaren Group.
Penske scotches Jordan rumours.
Mega-successful CART and IRL team boss Roger Penske has poured cold water on speculation linking him to a possible Formula One return via an investment in Eddie Jordan's eponymous grand prix team.

Hill joins Audi network.
1996 Formula One World Champion Damon Hill has formed a direct association with German luxury car manufacturer Audi, by acquiring the Bristol and Exeter dealerships in the UK.

Australian GP - experience it first hand in 2004.
