Michelin: We have done a lot of work for Brit GP.
Michelin have revealed that they have tested 'several new products' in order to give their partner teams, which include Renault and McLaren, the best chances of success this coming Sunday at the British GP.

Official: Yamamoto gets Aguri third driver slot.
The Super Aguri F1 team has announced that Sakon Yamamoto will join the team at the British Grand Prix this weekend - and at the two following events in Canada and the USA, as their official third driver.

Sir Stirling Moss is to immortalised with a statue commemorating his achievements at the Mallory Park circuit, which will be unveiled in his presence next Monday [12 June].

Montagny encouraged by Monaco performance.
Franck Montagny was given a boost by getting his Super Aguri to the end of the Monaco GP, after retirements in his first two races for the team. At the Monaco weekend the Frenchman was also confirmed for the next three races, ensuring that he will race until at least the US GP on July 2.

Stewart: McLaren should sign Hamilton for 07.
Three-times F1 world champion, Sir Jackie Stewart has urged McLaren-Mercedes to sign Lewis Hamilton for 2007 - and partner the 21-year old with Fernando Alonso, who has already agreed a deal to join the Woking based squad from Renault next year.

Giancarlo Fisichella has had his three best times from qualifying for the Monaco Grand Prix taken away after he was judged to have blocked David Coulthard. Fisichella had been summoned to the FIA officials where he was guilty of holding back the Red Bull on the Scot's best lap.

Several teams have expressed their anger at what they believe was a deliberate attempt by Michael Schumacher and Ferrari to safeguard their pole position by blocking the circuit in the dying seconds of qualifying for the Monaco Grand Prix.

FIA opens tender process for standard ECU.

Ferrari have announced a sponsorship deal with the leading telecommunications, media and Internet company Telecom Italia Group that will come into effect from January next year.
