The second day of testing at Valencia for Minardi provided a sunny sky and warmer temperatures than yesterday, although the track was slippery in the first half of the morning due to last nights short rain shower.
FIA gives Ralf all clear to wear glasses.
Williams-BMW driver Ralf Schumacher has been given the 'all clear' to wear glasses in 2002. FIA spokesperson Francesco Longanesi told Reuters: "At present there is nothing in the FIA rules that prevents a driver from wearing spectacles when competing."

Sauber buys out Red Bull.
Peter Sauber has confirmed that he has re-purchased Red Bull's stake in his F1 team and that he now plans to sell the shares to Credit Suisse. Sauber told the BBC : "I have bought back the shares of Sauber Holding AG from Red Bull GMBH."

Sauber drivers commence 2002 campaign.
Team Sauber Petronas began its 2002 FIA Formula One World Championship campaign today at Spain's Circuit de Catalunya, just outside Barcelona, the opening day of a three-day test for the team at the circuit.
