British Formula Three Championship leader Alan van der Merwe scored his first race win since Croft, beating Carlin colleague Richard Antinucci in round ten of the 2003 series at Silverstone.

Watts sets F3 testing pace at Silverstone.
Danny Watts was the star of Silverstone today [Friday] when he set the testing pace ahead of rounds nine and ten of the 2003 British F3 Championship gripped by Avon Tyres. In the Scholarship class, Steven Kane set the leading time.
Piquet F3 history to be revisited.
Nelson Piquet will turn the clock back 25 years at Silverstone on Monday [26 May] when he is re-united with the Ralt RT1 F3 car that took him to the 1978 BP Formula 3 Championship in Britain.

Ralt Engineering has sold a Formula Three 3 car to Piquet Racing following two successful tests in Brazil at the end of last year. Nelsinho Piquet, son of former World Champion Nelson Piquet, covered nearly 2,000 kilometres in the car without encountering any significant problems.
