Tora sticks with Dallara, Felipe to visit Kentucky
Sunday's Belterra Casino Indy 300 on the 1.5-mile Kentucky Speedway tri-oval is the 12th of 16 events on the 2003 IRL IndyCar Series calendar but only the second in which Mo Nunn Racing's Tora Takagi will use a Dallara chassis.
