Dragon Racing has announced Italian company GEOX will become its title sponsor for the new Formula E season, as well as naming Formula 2 racer Antonio Fuoco as its new test and reserve driver.
Dragon Racing has confirmed Maximilian Günther will make his Formula E debut with the team at the season-opening round in Saudi Arabia next month, partnering Jose Maria Lopez.
Jose Maria Lopez will once again race for the Dragon Formula E squad during the 2018/19 campaign. Lopez, a triple World Touring Car champion, scored 14 points as he finished 17th in the drivers' standings last season in what was his second year with the American squad.
Jose Maria Lopez will return to Formula E at next weekend's Marrakesh E-Prix after being named as Neel Jani's replacement at Dragon Racing for the remainder of the season.
Neel Jani has parted company with the Dragon Racing Formula E team after just two races following a rough debut weekend in the series at last month's Hong Kong E-Prix.
Dragon Racing will field Super GT racer Andrea Caldarelli and Mercedes-linked Formula 3 racer Maximilian Günther in next month's Formula E rookie test in Marrakesh.
