Tully is seventh Monarch. The Scotwaste Monarchs have decided to give local 19 year old rider Andrew Tully his chance in the no. 7 berth of their 2007 side. It's a chance Andrew has been begging to be given, after a successful multiple trophy-winning campaign with Conference League Scunthorpe in 2006.
