Ward Burton has finally left the Haas CNC Racing team after a season littered with disappointment and mechanical problems and will be replaced by former NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Champion Mike Bliss for the final two Nextel Cup races of the year.

Ward Burton looked set to score his best result of the year and the best ever for his second year Hass CNC Racing outfit in Sunday's Pennsylvania 500 at the Pocono Raceway before a late race transmission failure ended their day.

NetZero HiSpeed and Haas CNC Racing have announced an extension to their current deal that will once again see the #0 NetZero Pontiac on the NASCAR Nextel Cup circuit in 2004.
