MotoGP Gossip: West attacks FIM, Marquez, Rossi

- Former MotoGP rider Anthony West slams the FIM and accuses the governing body of corruption and working directly against him. Following his second anti-doping ban, West moved into the non-FIM affiliated Brazilian championship but has been subsequently punished again for competing during his ban. West also accuses the FIM of turning a blind eye to help both Marc Marquez and Valentino Rossi. (Visordown.com)

- HRC is considering not renewing its title sponsorship with Repsol at the end of 2020. The Spanish oil company has been the main sponsor of the factory Honda MotoGP team for 26 years, but Honda is assessing a new partnership with Shell or Red Bull. (Speedweek)

- Franco Morbidelli doesn’t expect Valentino Rossi to continue to race if he isn’t fighting at the front in MotoGP. (Marca)

I was born in 1986 and in the same year a cartoon comes out: it’s “Saint Seiya” a Japanese serie which main characters are mythical knights with special armours and powers. They fight for the supremacy of good and evil. The most rapresentive of them is Pegasus (inspired by the mythological winget white horse Pegaso) who, thanks to his armour, turns indeed into a white robotic horse, rational and engineer as I am! Nel 1986 nasco io e lo stesso anno nasce il cartone animato “I Cavalieri dello Zodiaco”, serie giapponese i cui protagonisti erano mitici cavalieri con armature e poteri speciali. Combattevano fra loro per il dominio di bene e male. Il più rappresentativo dei cavalieri buoni era #Pegasus, (ispirato al mitologico cavallo bianco alato Pegaso) che grazie alla sua armatura, si trasformava appunto in cavallo bianco robotico, razionale e ingegnere come me!
