Marquez: In the race I felt good. There were many overtakes and Jorge opened the gap. I pushed to catch him but I overheat the front tyre. I have to slow down but in the last lap I try to push. I catch Jorge and we have to be so happy for this victory, it's really nice for us.

Lorenzo: I stay some laps behind Marc. I saw he had some problems with traction. He made an unbelievable last lap, I tried to close the door. I couldn't win this race but I'm lucky Andrea held Valentino for the final podium.

I thought Iannone's effort at Mugello was something staggering and couldn't be beaten this year but he's topped that today. And then some. Who'd have thought he could hold that pace until the end.

Iannone: An amazing fight, an amazing race. My 1st race with a strong fight. I'm so happy because I fought with the best riders in the class. I'm happy for this. My team did a great job.
