14/28: Dovizioso is able to cut Marquez's lead to 0.18s through S4 and S1... But Marquez is incredible on the exit of T4 and the track's two lefts (6 & 7).

13:19

12/28: An outstanding ride from Quartararo to date, the Frenchman posting faster laps than Rossi and Viñales. He has 1s on th Italian with Viñales a further 1.3s back.

13:17

13/28: Marquez is going again, putting 0.3 into Dovizioso in the 2nd part of the track.

13:15

11/28: Marquez and Dovizioso are breaking clear of Quartararo. The Ducati is matching Marquez as the Honda gives everything to stretch a gap.

13:13

9/28: Dovizioso and Marquez are really fighting, changing the lead through T10 and 1! They nearly collide on the run up to T3 and the #93 now holds 1st. Can he drop the rhythm and leave the Ducati behind?

13:12

8/28: Miller's out, crashing at T9!

13:12

7/28: A really good ride from Rossi here, who's now pushing Miller for 4th. He can smell a podium here. Viñales has just reached 6th but has to recover 1.7s to his team-mate ahead.

6/28: Dovizioso breezed by Quartararo on the run to T1. The Frenchman is then under attack from Marquez and defends brilliantly into 3, but eventually has to relent at 4. Miller and Rossi aren't far away.

2/28: Crutchlow and Pol have crashed at T3.

13:02

2/28: Dovizioso has the bit between his teeth. He's 2nd, having disposed with Miller and Rins in rapid speed. He's 2nd, Marquez 4th.

13:01

1/28: We're off and Marquez leads into T1. But Dovizioso is by at T3 and Marquez out-brakes himself, pushing both wide and allowing Quartararo, Rins and Miller through!

The grid is being cleared... from practice pace this should be a Marquez-Dovizioso duel, but let's see!

12:57

Front row tyres:

Marquez: Medium-Medium

Quartararo: Medium-Soft

Dovizioso: Medium-Soft

12:53

The first look at the tyre sheet suggests an even split between the medium or hard fronts and soft or medium rears.

12:52

As a reminder, Ducati hasn't been beaten since Austria returned to the calendar 3 years ago, while Red Bull Ring is the only track on the current line-up where Marquez has not yet won.

Binder 1st: "I'm so happy to get a win today. I can't think of a better day; my birthday and KTM's home track. That was a super tough race, but we held on."

12:14

Marquez 2nd: "It was really difficult today, really tricky conditions. So slippery and easy to make a mistake on corner entry. There were many crashes in front of me and it was scary. I was pushing at the end but Binder had a little more, so congratulations to him and KTM. These are important points for the championship and we will keep fighting."
