Smith's late lap puts Hafizh Syahrin down to last place.

Well, well! A very late improvement from Bradley Smith, who moves up to 20th. The Englishman will make his Aprilia race debut as a wild-card in the upcoming race.

Marquez and Lorenzo put up a strong showing in third and fifth after Honda looked to be lagging between the Yamahas and Ducatis earlier in the test.

However, Crutchlow was only 17th fastest, while LCR team-mate Nakagami is eighth.

All four Yamahas are in the top six, underlining the raw speed of the M1, but it's the management of rear grip over a race distance that is their biggest concern.

We've just received media debrief times for Marquez and Lorenzo, so the Repsol Honda riders have concluded their pre-season testing with 30-minutes still officially available.

The track is getting quieter as more and more riders call it a night.

Francesco Bagnaia joins the Monday fallers list, at turn two.

Now it looks like Vinales really has finished. He's still on top of the timesheet, by 0.233s from Quartararo, and looks set to stay that way given the usual deterioration in grip as the temperature drops late in the test.

Vinales' planned media debrief has been postponed and looks like he's going back out to defend P1...

That would also be Lorenzo's first Honda fall.

Jorge Lorenzo has fallen at turn two, hopefully he hasn't tweaked his injured wrist.

Vinales - currently fastest - will be speaking to the media at 9:15pm, which is 45mins before the end of testing. Suggests a happy rider...

More bad luck for Jack Miller who, after the fall, now pulls off with a technical problem.

Rossi finds more time and rises to fourth, 0.443s from team-mate Vinales with Quartararo and Marquez in-between the Monster Yamahas.

Rabat and Miller are the latest riders to be caught out on the final night, at Turn 14.

Andrea Dovizioso is a 'quiet' 13th for Ducati. A few people in the paddock think the Italian has not been showing his hand in testing and is looking confident on the GP19...
