Marquez's highside was actually on the exit of Turn 3, one turn before his earlier save.

Fabio Quartararo wins the 2020 Spanish MotoGP!
It's his first premier-class victory and the first MotoGP win for Petronas Yamaha.
This isn't good. Marc Marquez is in a neck brace, on a stretcher and holding his right arm.
Marquez is out of the gravel trap and being helped by marshals.
It means Miller, Morbidelli, Dovizioso and Pol Espargaro are fighting for the final place on the podium.
Marquez looks in pain. He was hit by the bike as he bounced through the gravel.
4 laps to go and Marc Marquez suffers huge highside while on the verge of attacking Vinales for second place.

6 laps to go and Marquez is back on the podium! The Repsol Honda team cheer, but Jack Miller retaliates... only for Marquez to re-pass yet again.
Vinales, having regrouped after his earlier problems, repasses Miller for second while Marquez outbrakes Dovizioso for 4th at the same last corner.
Valentino Rossi parks his Monster Yamaha at the side of the track, presumably a technical problem.
Barring disaster, Quartararo is clear with 7 laps to go... but Marquez could potentially finish second!

Jack Miller is 2sec from the lead, but he was saying yesterday that it'll be important to be disciplined during the race and save the tyres.
If Quartararo hits late trouble with his tyres, the Australian might be ready to pounce...
