The Indianapolis Motor Speedway ticket office is encouraging new and renewal customers to order tickets for the fourth running of the United States Grand Prix, scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 28, 2003.

Bernie awards handed out at Indy.
F1's equivalent to the Oscars - the Bernie Awards - were handed out over the weekend prior to the United States Grand Prix by Indianapolis circuit boss Tony George and Professor Sid Watkins.

West McLaren-Mercedes driver Alexander Wurz set the pace for the second successive day today [Wednesday] at the Barcelona circuit, Spain. The Austrian F1 test driver completed 71 laps setting a best time of 1 minute 16.352 seconds, two seconds up on his team-mate, David Coulthard.

CART driver Cristiano de Matta will link up with Olivier Panis at Toyota for 2003, according to reports by BBC Sport Online. The BBC adds that Da Matta should be confirmed with the team at the Japanese Grand Prix on October the 13th.
