The No.83 has a moment into Mulsanne corner. That has let the gap open a little to 1.7s. He's pushing - Ferrari needs to move that No.51 car out the way before this gets ugly.
Ferrari has told the No.51 that once Kubica is close behind, move out of the way. Fair play to Kubica for fighting his corner on this.
Ultimately, the AF Corse No.83 isn't strictly a factory Ferrari entry. Yes, it has a factory car but there is pride at stake for this team that goes beyond that of the manufacturer.
Kubica closes in on the run to the first chicane, and now there's traffic to contend with.
The No.83 is back on the radio, saying he "respected the orders twice" earlier in the race. He clearly feels he is owed here.

The No.51 has opened up a small gap in the lead, but only 1.2s over the No.83.
