Harrison is first at Glen Helen, 8.7s up on David Johnson.
Dean Harrison is already closing on David Johnson, who set off 10 seconds ahead.
We'll be getting a split at Glen Helen, then at Ballaugh Bridge, then Ramsey, then the Bungalow, Cronk ny Mona and then the Grandstand.
Davey Todd is away now too on the 8TEN Racing BMW. Debut for that team.
Michael Dunlop is now on the course.
David Johnson is next on course, followed by a pre-race favourite in Dean Harrison.
The 2025 Isle of Man TT is properly underway now!
John McGuinness, the 23-time TT winner, sets off at number one on his Honda for the 2025 Superbike TT.
It's McGuinness's 112th start.
Clerk of the Course has signalled five minutes till the start.
The Sidecar TT is now due at 2pm.
Here is what the top 20 road order looks like for this Superbike TT:

Looks like we are all good for a midday start now for the Superbike TT.
While we're waiting for racing to start, why not catch up on our preview for TT 2025 (published prior to practice week) here
Should there be a need for any further race week schedule changes, the organisers do have a contingency day they can use on Thursday.
But the current 10-race programme does unfortunately leave little room to play about with. If we can get going at midday, we should get a full programme in today.
Reminder that we are on a deadline of 5pm today due to a yellow weather warning.
The delay is due to the ongoing clean-up of the Bray Hill oil spill.
Another delay has been put in place. Start time pushed back to midday.
15 minutes (provisionally) till the Superbike TT begins.
Organisers say the oil spill is intermittent from Bray Hill to Quarterbridge.
No news yet on whether this extra delay will lead to further timetable changes. But with a hard end of 5pm for today due to the weather, any further stoppages will start to cause some headaches.
Fingers crossed we can get going without any further problems.
Superbike TT is due to go at 11:30 now. Oil down at Bray Hill.
We have another delay due to oil on course.
The fastest lap overall this week was a 133.155mph set by Davey Todd in the Superstock class.
Dean Harrison hasn't won a big bike race since the 2019 Senior TT. He was fastest in the Superbike class in qualifying week with a stunning 133.069mph lap on the opening timed day of running.
He's looked much more comfortable on the Honda so far this year.
Dunlop hasn't had a Superbike TT win since 2018, back then on a BMW.
I reckon the rest will be especially worried about Michael Dunlop today. Last year's Superbike TT was snatched from him by a visor issue at his pitstop.
He admitted earlier this year that he was "pissed off" about this for the last year leading up to the TT.
