Razgatlioglu having his usual late start to the session. He's just done his first flying lap at a 1:41.208 to go second and 0.666s behind Lowes.
Lowes improves to a 1:40.542 on his next lap. Bulega there in P2 at the moment, he's just improved to a 1:41.296, so a 0.7s advantage for Lowes at the moment.

There were five Ducatis in the top-six this morning but Nicolo Bulega was second-slowest of them in fifth place.
The Italian was 0.8s slower than Razgatlioglu, and will clearly be hoping to reduce that margin this afternoon.
It was Toprak Razgatlioglu fastest in this morning's FP1 session. He beat Sam Lowes by 0.4s and was the only rider in the 1:39s by the end of the 45 minutes.
He will defend a four-point championship lead in tomorrow's Race 1.

Montella the first crasher of the weekend at turn two. Just folded the front as he tipped in. He's up and okay.
Gardner now surpasses Locatelli as the top Yamaha and moves up to P10.

A 1:39.745 is a 0.688s improvement on his previous best and sees him 0.774s clear of Andrea Iannone who moves up to second.
Another improvement for Razgatlioglu - 1:40.433 extends his advantage back out to 0.4s over Lowes with 13 minutes to go.
Rea improves on his latest lap - a 1:42.429 puts him 18th.
Locatelli now puts Yamaha into the top-10 in P9.

Locatelli up to 11th with his latest lap. He's the top Yamaha at the moment. None of the Yamaha riders rode at the test in June.
A lot of talk coming into the weekedn about which brands the track might or might not suit.
At present, it's BMW (Razgatlioglu) fastest from five Ducatis (Bulega, Lowes, Bautista, Iannone, Petrucci), then a Honda in seventh (Lecuona), another two Ducatis (Vickers, Montella), and then Kawasaki rounding out the top-10.
Most riders back in the pits now to digest their first competitive laps of Balaton.
Bulega now up to second and 0.463s off Razgatlioglu, who is still the only rider in the 1:40s after the first 15 minutes.
Bulega pops up to third with a 1:41.234, 0.010s behind Lowes and almost half-a-second behind Razgatlioglu, who has now entered the pits.
Razgatlioglu with some more improvements, a 40.8, and now a 1:40.747 to be fastest by 0.477s over Sam Lowes.
