Live coverage of Race 1 from the 2025 French WorldSBK at Magny-Cours.

The 2025 French WorldSBK marks the ninth stop on the 2025 calendar. Race 1 is due to get underway at 14:00 local time.

Nicolo Bulega was the fastest rider heading into Superpole after setting a new lap record in FP2 yesterday that remained unbeaten after FP3 this morning.

Toprak Razgatlioglu was fourth-fastest on Friday but topped FP3 this morning before taking pole position with the first ever 1:34 lap of Magny-Cours in World Superbike.

In the title race, Razgatlioglu enters this weekend 26 points clear of Bulega in the riders' standings and defending a nine-race win streak that stretches back to Race 1 at Misano.

Bulega qualified second in Superpole. The two title protagonists are joined by Sam Lowes on the front row.

Alvaro Bautista had a difficult qualifying and will start down in 14th.

Andrea Locatelli and Garrett Gerloff will both start from the last row of the grid for Race 1 after crashing early in Superpole and not setting a lap time.
