Panis pi***d off with penalty - and Heidfeld.
British American Racing driver Olivier Panis has said that he is unhappy with the penalty handed out by the FIA that has stripped him of his fourth place finish.
He said: "What makes me furious is that I was found guilty without any evidence. There was no report from the track marshals and it was all based on accusations made by Nick Heidfeld. It was his word against mine and they said he was right."

Panis was given a 25-second penalty after the Australian Grand Prix for overtaking under yellow flags. This dropped him to seventh place and, as a result, promoted Heidfeld to fourth and his Sauber team-mate Kimi Raikkonen to sixth.
He added: "I actually overtook him on the other side of the track, not where there were yellow flags. At that point there were no cars stopped on the track and I didn't see any flags.
"I don't see how Nick could have seen them, because when I passed him he even shut the door on me and made contact."
The Frenchman concluded: "This would have been a perfect result on my return to Formula 1, because I drove a really aggressive race and didn't make any mistakes. Now I know I have a competitive car and that I can get some good results."
