Fiat Yamaha MotoGP riders Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo made their latest PR visit to Indonesia, one of the most important markets for Yamaha, over the weekend.

Rossi came straight from testing in Malaysia last week, whilst Lorenzo flew out from Spain, where he has been recuperating at home from an injured hand.

The main purpose of the pair's visit was to highlight the new 'Semakin di Depan' sponsorship of Yamaha's MotoGP team. Meaning 'One Step Ahead', Yamaha Indonesia's tagline will appear on the leathers and bikes of both riders during 2010.

Appearing separately, Rossi first headed for Indonesia's third largest city of Medan to take part in a press conference, followed by a visit to the second largest city of Surabaya, where he was greeted by over 4,000 fans.

"I am happy I can come here especially because I heard Yamaha have a lot of customers here," said Rossi, the reigning seven time MotoGP champion. "Yamaha for me is not just a team but also like a second family."

Lorenzo meanwhile headed to Indonesia's 'Flower City' Bandung for a press conference, then moved on to Jogjakarta.

The 2009 title runner-up revealed that one of his first goals for the forthcoming season will be to win his home Spanish Grand Prix, on May 2, as a birthday present. The Jerez event will be held on May 2, two days before Lorenzo's 23rd birthday.

Rossi and Lorenzo will be back on the MotoGP bikes for the final pre-season test, at Qatar, on March 18-19.
