With deadlines and final offers having come and gone, Valentino Rossi continues to hold MotoGP hostage - intentionally or not - by refusing to announce his future plans with just one more GP to go this season.

Bayliss 'fit and well'.
The Ducati Marlboro Team have released the following statement regarding the condition of Troy Bayliss, who was briefly knocked out after tangling with Marco Melandri whilst battling for the lead in Sunday's Australian Grand Prix:

Less than a week ago, Dani Pedrosa was crying tears of joy as he took his first ever 125cc world championship by winning the Malaysian Grand Prix, but this morning in Australia the 18-year-old was in tears for a different reason as he broke both ankles in a nasty free practice fall.

Hopkins angry at Checa let-off.
Suzuki rider John Hopkins returned to the MotoGP paddock today at Phillip Island, having spent the past week on holiday in Australia, while serving his one race suspension.

After ten months of testing and racing across five continents, Fuchs Kawasaki riders Garry McCoy and Andrew Pitt finally touchdown at home for this Sunday's Australian Grand Prix at Phillip Island.
Australian GP wild-cards revealed.

McWilliams: Back wheel 50kph faster than front.

Incident filled session for Fortuna Yamaha.
It was an incident-filled first qualifying session for Fortuna Yamaha riders Carlos Checa and Marco Melandri, with both falling from their YZR-M1 - one of which exploded into flames.
