Mopro race seats offered for Konica opener.

With motorsport in Australia having probably the shortest off-season out there, its not long before motorsport action resumes down under. You could be part of this action driving either an MGF Trophy or a Daewoo Lanos in the MoPro Cup.

MoPro Australia will be holding a special event as part of the opening round of the Konica Minolta V8 Supercar Series at Wakefield Park on the weekend of February 20 - 22.

In the 2004 season the MoPro Cup is a two class championship featuring both the MGF Trophy and the Daewoo Lanos vehicles that have been a part of MoPro run events in past years.

This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers to get in some practice or possibly some early testing before the commencement of the 2004 MoPro Cup at Winton on April 16.

There are currently 10 MGs and 10 Daewoos available for the special event. The cost is a mere $2,000 plus taxes for the MGFs and a bargain $1250 for a Daewoo. This includes fuel, entries, car transport and lunches. For this event the cars will be on road tyres. As per usual there are no other costs to pay unless you damage the car.

The 2004 MoPro Cup is the best value for money series and one of the most competitive series in the country. It provides drivers with serious competition because they all have the same equipment as you. It is also a very enjoyable experience because all you have to do is turn up and drive and let MoPro Australia do everything else for you.
