Team Dynamik appeal to FIA.

Team Dynamik has announced that it has lodged an appeal to the FIA International Court of Appeal against the decision of the V8 National Court of Appeal to increase the penalty imposed on the team for an alleged breach of testing back in August.

Under FIA rules, the orders of the V8 National Court of Appeal have been stayed by CAMS pending the determination of the FIA International Court of Appeal.

The Court of Appeal decision saw stewards increase the fine handed out to Team Dynamik rise to AUS $100,000, while the team was also told its two cars would be penalized a lap in the final round of the V8 Supercar series this weekend at Eastern Creek.
