Paolo Simoncelli, father of the late Marco Simoncelli and team owner of the SIC58 Moto3 squad, has given his first impressions of the new MotoGP weekend format and Sprint race.
Today, January 20, would have been Marco Simoncelli's 34th birthday. The charismatic Italian, winner of the 2008 250cc World Championship, was competing in only his second season of MotoGP when he lost his life at Sepang in 2011.
