Grand Prix Start Time:

3:00pm (local) / 8:00am (UK) - MotoGP Race

After a dramatic Sprint, Marc Marquez leads the world championship heading into today's Indonesian MotoGP race.

The reigning champion snatched the title advantage from Jorge Martin after the Aprilia star suffered tyre pressure issues while leading, then lost two more places after a late scare.

A disastrous Sprint for Aprilia had begun with Raul Fernandez and Marco Bezzecchi, first and second on the grid, tangling at Turn 1.

All of which left Ai Ogura, in second, as the only RS-GP on the podium, between Marquez and Fabio di Giannantonio.

Aprilia riders will be out to make amends for the missed Sprint opportunity in the grand prix, when victory for Martin would also guarantee he retakes the title lead.

Nine-time world champion Marquez has never finished a Sunday race at Mandalika before, but will be buoyed by his Saturday speed and ready to take on the RS-GPs.

Marc Marquez "not even looking for a podium"

Sprint winner and new world championship leader Marc Marquez was best of the non-Aprilias in warm-up, but immediately played down his chances today.

Giannantonio and Acosta," said the Ducati star.

"We are not even looking for a podium. Mandalika is one of the most difficult tracks for us. Yesterday we saved in a very good way.

"Today, same mentality, do our maximum and try not to lose a lot of points to Martin especially."

Aprilia warm-up drama 2: Martin falls

While Fernandez and Bezzecchi were arguing, former Aprilia title leader Jorge Martin was making his way back to the paddock on a scooter after a late crash.

Martin surrendered the Sprint lead after a tyre pressure problem, then dropped from 2nd to 4th after running wide. Martin insisted he felt fast in warm-up, despite the mishap.

Aprilia warm-up drama 1: Bezzecchi and Fernandez

There was more drama in MotoGP warm-up for Aprilia this morning, despite Marco Bezzecchi finishing fastest from injured pole qualifier Raul Fernandez.

Fernandez had slammed the Italian on Saturday for an ungentlemanly move at the start of the Sprint, which Fernandez believes opened the door to the Ducatis of Marc Marquez and Fabio di Giannantonio, leading to a tangle at Turn 1 that left Fernandez and Bezzecchi on the ground.

Aprilia team manager Paolo Bonora was keen to stress that yesterday was 'forgotten ', but Fernandez and Bezzecchi were involved in another heated exchange in the practice start area after warm-up:
