Kelly Racing driver Dale Wood revealed Hi-Tec Oils and Red Rooster logos on his #16 Holden Commodore ahead of the V8 Supercar season-opener in Adelaide, completing the new team's four-car line-up in the process.

Wood and team co-owners Todd and Rick Kelly were clearly excited at rolling out the striking red-and-black livery ahead of first practice, with the new sponsors mirroring Wood in making their first full-time appearance in the senior V8 series. Wood graduates after spending two years in the development-level Fujitsu Series, while Hi-Tec Oils jumps straight in to become the third different naming-rights sponsor in the Kelly stable, joining Jack Daniel's and Dodo.

"For my first time full-time in the V8 Supercar Championship Series, having great companies like Hi-Tec Oils and Red Rooster behind me gives me a lot confidence," Wood admitted, "I've got two big names behind me in one of Australia's biggest oils companies and also one of Australia's best known food chains and to have those fantastic brands on the #16 is great for me."

Hi-Tec Oils produces quality Australian-made lubricants, greases and specialty products that meet and exceed the API and SAE standards, while Red Rooster boasts over 360 stores and employs around 5000 staff across Australia.

"Both Hi-Tec Oils and Kelly Racing are family-owned and Australian through and through," said Hi-Tec Oils owner George Gambino, "This partnership as a great opportunity to grow our business through new channels. Our whole company is excited by this relationship with Dale Wood and Kelly Racing and it is a great opportunity to step in to Australia's premier motorsport category following many years of investment in other levels of motorsport."

Mark Lindsay, CEO of Red Rooster parent Quick Service Restaurants Australia, echoed the sentiment after seeing his brand on the front and flanks of Wood's machine.

"This is an exciting day for Red Rooster as sponsorship has become a critical part of our marketing mix," he said, "We see our first foray into V8 Supercars as an exciting step towards engaging with a passionate national sporting audience. There is a natural fit with the iconic Australian brands of Kelly Racing, V8 Supercars and Red Rooster.

"As the saying goes, 'it's gotta be red' and we're excited to be a part of this new team and be a part of this strong Holden team and on this striking red Commodore."
