max Verstappen on sprint races!

"I am not a big fan. I feel like we don't really race. You can't risk it because the main race is where you get points. You don't do pitstops. You don't see a lot of overtaking..."

Kevin Magnussen

"The history, Ayrton Senna, the Brazilian fans. This is a special place. The track is great to drive."

Ocon on McLaren fight

"No, not at all. It's been a long season but it's not time to relax. We will relax after Abu Dhabi. It will be tight until the end."

More from Sainz on next year

"I feel like we have chances. Red Bull has been dominant but they've been without been clearly ahead on pace. I don't feel we're so far behind in car development and performance. I was on pole in Austin, we were 1-2. Our car is not that far from the Red Bull. In terms of pure performance, we're not far. We need a bit more power and downforce on the car."

Carlos Sainz

I've never had such a challenging year as 2022. The way I was driving? Constantly off the pace."

Carlos Sainz

"We would take P2. Finishing ahead should always be better than finishing behind and getting extra wind tunnel time."

Bottas - extra money or extra wind tunnel time?

"More cash would help. We are pushing to be sixth for car development - and driver salaries!"

Alex Albon

"You never know where you are, with these cars, on the ladder of performance.

"We go into this with optimism.

"We know where we need to improve. It's one thing knowing - another thing fixing it."

Valtteri Bottas

"An up and down season. We suffered reliability issues. Teams out-developed us.

"It is a long-term project, we focus on the years ahead."

Pierre Gasly on penalty points and potential ban

"It is unpleasant, delicate, in some ways embarrassing.

"I don't feel like I have been dangerous. It would be a harsh punishment.

"I want to do all the races, perform for Alpine. I could end up in 2023 with an amazing car fighting for the championship so I don't want to be banned for a race.

"I am discussing with the FIA to find a solution because the way the regulation is written is strict and harsh on the driver.

"A penalty would have massive repercussions.

"I hope for more discussions to avoid a silly situation of being banned for a race. It is not the correct approach."
