GP2 Monaco 2013: Feature race results

Sam Bird was able to get the most out of his first set of tyres to get the jump on early race leader Mitch Evans during the mandatory round of pit stops, with Bird going on to claim his second win of the 2013 season for Russian Time ahead of Trident's Kevin Ceccon who withstood heavy late-race pressure from Evans to the line.

The race had started behind a safety car after a 40-minute red flag delay following a massive first-corner accident that saw pole sitter Johnny Cecotto Jr. hit the barriers, resulting in over half the field being involved in the ensuring pile-up and nine cars out of the race for the restart.
