Stewart's drug ban finally over
Suzuki star gets the green light to race again followng a 16-month ban for using drugs
It's been a long year and a half of anger and controversy following James Stewart being caught for using an illegal drug following a drugs test at a Supercross. But today is the day Bubba is back! His ban has now run out and he's ready and legal to race again!
It's not thought he'll contest any US Nationals but will ride in the Red Bull Straight rhythm next month, plus the Paris-Lille Supercross and some races Down Under.
Stewart's message to his fans says: "I've been waiting for this day for a long time & I had this big speech prepared to post for everyone. But the more & more I thought about it, I realized that there is really only 2 things I wanted to say. So here it is ...... I'm Back!"
