Marmont injured in Australia.
Red Bull KTM Supercross rider Jay Marmont has broken his right femur while training at his home in Wollongong, Australia - possibly ruling him out of the opening rounds of the 2006 AMA season.
Marmont was brought to the states last year to compete on the Red Bull KTM Supercross and Motocross team and was looking forward to competing in the East Coast Supercross Lites class early next year.
Jay will now be resting and recouping at his home in Australia for at least four weeks before he can begin physiotherapy.

"He's a strong, young rider and we want to wish him the speediest of recoveries. We look forward to have him back with the team soon."
