The chequered flag has come out in FP2.
Trackhouse's Ai Ogura has gone fastest with a 1m29.897s. Doesn't look like that was on new tyres, either, so that's impressive.
Ogura will feature in Q2 later on.
Acosta was on a flying lap there, too. Was 0.008s up in sector one. Let's see what that does for his confidence going into Q2.
Acosta is riding that bike back to the paddock, so it's not a wreck, which is encouraging.
Pedro Acosta has gone down with just under three minutes to go in FP2.
He's ok, but that's a disaster.
He's crashed at Turn 4. His KTM doesn't look too badly damaged, but we've seen this before with Acosta when he's had strong one-lap and race pace that he's made a critical error on a Saturday.

Bagnaia has now gone fastest on a fresh medium rear with a 1m29.996s.
Just under 10 minutes to go in FP2, and it's Bezzecchi leading still from Morbidelli, Espargaro, Bagnaia, Marquez, Ogura, Acosta, Mir, Fernandez and Di Giannantonio.

Augusto Fernandez sits 19th at the moment on the Yamaha V4. He spoke yesterday about the bike still having the same problems it has had all year, particularly on the front-end.

Yamaha V4 ‘still has same problems’ in Valencia MotoGP practice, ‘but that’s positive’

Bezzecchi has improved to a 1m30.104s with just under 20 minutes to go.

Aprilia's Marco Bezzecchi leads the way after six minutes of FP2 with a 1m30.246s.
Pecco Bagnaia, who faces Q1, has made a better start in third so far ahead of Alex Marquez.

A familiar face hops onto the Ducati pit wall. Marc Marquez keeps a close eye on proceedings.
Pitlane has opened for FP2 at the Valencia Grand Prix.
In case you are new to MotoGP, this session will have no bearing on the Q2/Q1 qualifying groups. This is, as the name suggests, a totally free session in terms of lap times.

Important 30-minute FP2 session coming up for Gresini's Alex Marquez. He spent Friday testing a new aerodynamic fairing, which meant he couldn't focus too much on race set-up.
That will be his focus this morning.
If you missed Friday's running at the Valencia Grand Prix, KTM's Pedro Acosta led the way, as he guns for his first MotoGP victory.
