Oliveira surgery, out of Valencia
Miguel Oliveira is set to miss the forthcoming MotoGP season finale at Valencia after Tech3 KTM confirmed that the Portuguese rider is to undergo surgery on his injured right shoulder in Austria today (Sunday).
