Oxford's Grand Prix star Lukas Dryml has won the first round of the Ivan Mauger Golden Helmet series in Australia.
Smart becomes first Wasp back in the nest.
Newport have made their first signing for 2003 by bringing back popular Aussie Frank Smart. Smart was named rider of the year voted by Newport fans and was delighted to have concluded a deal before returning home.
Lynch still working to keep Panthers alive.
Peterborough Co-Promoter Jim Lynch is to meet with stadium bosses at the East of England Showground shortly to try to hammer out a deal that will see the Panthers continue.

Hull Promoter Malcolm Wright has revealed that a second potential buyer for the Vikings has come forward but is not willing to reveal their identity. Wright wants to conclude a deal within the week, but admitted it's a complicated situation.

Greg Hancock paid tribute to his pit crew after winning the first-ever Australian Grand Prix in Sydney. Hancock, without a British club this season, beat Scott Nicholls, Jason Crump and Rune Holta in the final.

Wagstaff considers future.
Kings Lynn boss Nigel Wagstaff has flown out of the country for a holiday to consider his future in the sport. "There are lots of things for me to consider and at this stage I cannot say whether I'll be at King's Lynn," Wagstaff admitted.
