"Julien's done well in France and it's going to be exciting watching him on the UK tracks," said MSS Discovery joint team owner Stuart Simmonds. "For his age he's achieved a lot and it sounds like he's a real prospect for the future.

"We're really pleased to be able to join with Kawasaki in giving him the chance to try the ZX-10R in Britain and I'm certain he'll be worth watching when he gets to Croft this weekend."

Da Costa will join the MSS Discovery's National Superstock team regular Steve Allan, now recovered from a broken collarbone following a Mallory Park race crash four weeks ago.

"We've been looking at Julien for quite a while and it's good that this opportunity has come along and we've been able to invite him to the final few races," added joint owner Nick Morgan.
