Ferrari F300 - F1 Challenger Launched.

The new Ferrari F300 - F1 Challenger for the 1998 FIA F1 World Championship was unveiled today at Maranello, the home of Ferrari in Italy.


The team principals Luca Di Montezemolo and Jean Todt were upbeat about their chances for the 1998 F1 title, speaking at the launch they both expressed their high expectations. Schumacher and Irvine were also both very impressed with the car, Schumacher having driven the car a few days before Christmas.

Their intensive testing schedule will start in earnest this week in Italy before moving to the other circuits used for F1 testing, Barcelona, Jerez and Paul Ricard.
