Wurz 'certain' To Stay Put.

Benetton driver Alex Wurz is "99 per cent" certain to stay with the Enstone team next season, despite stories saying that he is looking to leave.

The lanky Austrian, who has been linked to Stewart in recent weeks, asked for certain assurances before committing his signature to an extended contract, and these look likely to be fulfilled with the appointment of several former Honda F1 project members, including chief designer Tim Densham. Benetton will also use the new Supertec engine next season, in place of the ageing units it has campaigned for the past two years.
